Scope and contractual documents
These terms accompany the ENJOY EVENTS catalogue and apply to the event services offered by the company. The accepted individual quote specifies the venue, date, schedule, participants, equipment, activities, options and total price. Special conditions expressly accepted in the quote supplement these terms.
Prices and availability
Catalogue prices include applicable taxes for the services and participant numbers described, subject to availability. The quote confirms the total price, its validity period and any delivery, installation, collection, staffing, consumables and optional charges. The accepted quote price applies to the agreed service; any change requires written agreement.
Booking and payment
Unless special conditions are expressly agreed in the quote, a booking is confirmed after written acceptance and payment of a 30% deposit; the balance is due 72 hours before the service. The quote specifies payment dates and accepted payment methods, including for bookings made less than 72 hours before the event.
Full day and individual activities
For at-home packages, a full day means equipment availability during the period specified in the quote, generally from 10 am to 6 pm depending on the venue and installation conditions. Entertainment, mascots, outings and activities advertised for a specific duration retain that duration. Setup, dismantling and extensions are agreed separately.
Venue, access and client obligations
The client provides participant numbers and ages, the exact address, usable dimensions, ground conditions, access arrangements, parking possibilities, required utilities and the authorisations they hold. Any obstacle or technical constraint must be reported before confirmation. Any adaptations are recorded in writing.
Safety and minors
The number of guests in a package does not represent an inflatable structure’s simultaneous user capacity. Use must comply with the manufacturer’s instructions, age and height limits, rotation arrangements, anchoring rules and weather conditions. ENJOY EVENTS’s coordination presence does not automatically constitute general childcare for minors. Supervision and activity-leading roles are specified in the quotation. A dangerous activity may be suspended.
Organisation and specific activities
ENJOY EVENTS coordinates the agreed services and may engage specialist professionals. The quote specifies the selected service, its duration and constraints. Water-based, outdoor and public-space activities are subject to applicable authorisations, capacities, safety rules and weather conditions. Photobooths are provided according to the agreed package, duration and number of prints.
Changes, cancellations and rescheduling
The conditions for changes, cancellation, refunds and rescheduling, and the handling of amounts already paid, are stated in the quotation and its accepted annexes. Any change of date or service requires written agreement and remains subject to availability. Applicable mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected.
Adverse weather and inability to perform
Safety takes priority over maintaining an activity. In incompatible weather conditions, the parties consider an adaptation or rescheduling, without automatic replacement with a package at home or any guarantee of an identical price. The financial consequences are those provided for in the quotation and the applicable rules.
Liability, damage and insurance
Each party is responsible for its obligations in accordance with applicable law. Security deposits, excesses, potential damage and assessment procedures are specified in the quotation. No clause seeks to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Insurance cover is communicated on request, within the limits of the policies actually taken out.
Images and personal data
Promotional use of photographs or videos of participants, particularly minors, requires the necessary authorisations. Appropriate information is provided about booking and photobooth data: purposes, recipients, retention and the rights of the individuals concerned.
Complaints and disputes
Requests and complaints must be sent in writing to the registered office stated above or to the contact details specified in the quotation. The parties seek an amicable resolution before initiating any proceedings. Mandatory rules on jurisdiction and consumer rights are preserved.
