Your questions,
our answers
Every package includes setting up, supervising and packing away the equipment, and an ENJOY EVENTS team member on site all day. Delivery depends on the address and is shown on the quote. Applicable documentation for the selected equipment, including EN 14960 for relevant inflatables, must be checked with the rental provider before confirmation.
ENJOY EVENTS’s presence provides event coordination. Activity-leading and supervision of minors are distinct roles specified in the quotation. Packages including activities retain the services and durations expressly provided for in the quotation.
We operate in Monaco and throughout the Côte d'Azur: Nice, Menton, Cannes, Antibes, Èze, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, Cap d'Ail, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Villefranche-sur-Mer and every town along the Riviera.
Yes, every package is fully customisable. You can freely add as many options as you like from over 30 choices — entertainment, teen activities, wow effects, equipment, decor or seasonal parties.
As a rule, allow at least 5×5 m for a standard bouncy castle, with 4 m of clear height. We check the available space with you before booking (photos or a visit).
Yes! We work in private gardens, villas, residences, reception rooms and even some indoor spaces (if the ceiling is high enough). We adapt our logistics to every situation in Monaco and on the French Riviera.
Equipment, applicable documentation, installation conditions, limits and supervision responsibilities are checked with the rental provider before booking. ENJOY EVENTS coordinates the event; this does not replace the supervision of minors agreed in the quote.
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks ahead, especially in high season (spring and summer). We can sometimes help at short notice depending on availability — get in touch!
Safety takes priority: an activity may be suspended if conditions are incompatible with carrying it out. Possible adaptations, rescheduling and their financial consequences are specified in the quotation; neither replacement at home nor an identical price is automatic.
